Job Description

Our Data team plays a key role in transforming information into insights that support smarter decisions across the organization. We focus on building robust data ecosystems and developing analyses, reports, and dashboards that truly add value.

We are seeking a Tableau Developer who is passionate about data visualization, storytelling, and turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards that communicate insights effectively and attractively.
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually engaging, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Work with large datasets, perform data cleansing, and optimize queries for high performance.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to support teams in making the most of Tableau.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to dashboards and reporting.
• Continuously monitor and enhance existing dashboards to improve performance and usability.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for dashboards, reports, and data sources.
• Stay updated on the newest Tableau features and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tableau Developer.
• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Professional experience with Python, especially Pandas.
• Experience with SQL, ETL processes, and optimizing data workflows.
• Background in Data Analysis or Data Engineering.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Good level of English (B2+).
