Location Porto Salvo, Lagoas Park, Portugal.

Are you a skilled Systems Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our client and become part of a dynamic team where youll utilize your technical expertise to make a significant impact. We are looking for a professional with over 10 years of experience to provide high-level technical solutions and support.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise Broad knowledge in Wintel, networking, and OT components like PLC, HMI, and WinCC.

Analytical Skills Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to manage client expectations and explain technical details clearly.

Interpersonal Skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in mixed teams with participants from different cultures and backgrounds.

Reporting Ability to prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation processes in validated environments.

Must-Have

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and quality compliance requirements.

Experience working in culturally diverse teams.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.

Nice to Have

Project management skills.

Experience with report preparation.

Work Environment

Working Hours 0900-1800 (including 1-hour lunch break), with flexibility to work from home most days except Wednesday and Thursday.
