We're looking for a Systems Analyst - Lisboa

Who We're Looking For:

To strengthen our Engineering and Project team, we are looking for a Systems Analyst to support and evolve our corporate workplace environment.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Centralized management of Windows configurations, policies, and user/computer profiles
• Monitoring new technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement of workplace configurations and functionalities
• Preparation and execution of remote software deployment tasks across the PC fleet
• Software certification for corporate desktop environments
• 3rd line support for complex Windows configuration issues, including coordination with vendors and partners when required

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in the responsibilities listed above
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Edge/Chrome browser configurations, and Microsoft Office applications
• Microsoft 365 management and configuration in enterprise environments
• Experience administering Active Directory OUs and Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for users and computers
• Experience with Microsoft Intune

Additional Skills (Valued):

• Knowledge of macOS
• Familiarity with Android and macOS mobile device configuration
• Networking fundamentals
• Security knowledge related to PC, Windows, and browser configurations
