Systems & Technology Engineer - ViGIE Solutions

Location: Maia, Porto (On-Site)

Department: Customer Operations & Success (COS)

As we expand, we're looking for passionate, proactive professionals to join our Customer Operations & Success team and help us make a real impact on healthcare safety and efficiency.


What You'll Do

  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical and systems support requests from our customers and partners.
  • Ensure the seamless performance of our cloud-based platform and IoT monitoring systems.
  • Work closely with our Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver proactive, customer-centric solutions.
  • Innovate processes using latest AI tools.
  • Contribute to proactive monitoring and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years experience in technical support or IT.

Education in IT, Eletronics, or similar (preferred)

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and understanding of networking and/or cloud platforms.

A strong passion and knowledge for AI and Innovation

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset and willingness to work on-site in Maia, Porto.


Bonus Points If You Have

Familiarity with Linux operating systems, including basic command-line operations and troubleshooting.

Working knowledge database querying and basic administration.

Exposure to Cloud Infrastructures, particularly in areas of monitoring.

Electrotechnical knowledge, particularly basic electrical troubleshooting.
