What You'll Do

• Supporting projects: Deliver impactful changes in processes, data, and systems for the life science industry, focusing on R&D and clinical operations
• Process optimization: Redesign validation and quality processes to enhance efficiency
• Stakeholder management: Lead project planning and ensure the delivery of compliance documentation for processes and systems in collaboration with other consultants and client representatives
• Driving project progress: Oversee quality and ensure timely delivery of required work

Your Qualifications

• A master's degree in business administration, IT, life sciences, or a related field
• Experience in GxP system operations within regulated industries such as Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech
• Experience in GxP system validation documentation and testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for making an impact
• Knowledge of Clinical R&D systems (QMS, CTMS, eTMF, EDC, etc.) is an advantage
• Certifications in ITIL, GAMP5, CSV, ISO 27001 is an advantage
• Experience in systems as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, JIRA, Veeva Vault etc. is an advantage
