Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a System Integration Developer for this project!

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain message-oriented integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 6 / BWCE) with supporting Java development.
• Take ownership of assigned integration components, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and propose effective integration solutions.
• Apply and promote best practices in coding standards, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support and maintain integration applications during business hours, ensuring service reliability and continuity.

What are we looking for?

• Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW / BWCE) and TIBCO EMS.
• Strong development experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging concepts.
• Experience with Docker and container-based deployments.
