Your New Role

• Taking over the technical responsibility of Microsoft Outlook and Teams (possibly other M365 products)
• General administrative tasks such as optimization and automation of identity, access management, integration of new products and other organizational tasks
• Processing of incidents (second and third level)
• Cooperation with external service providers as well as internal teams of the IT infrastructure and the IT organization
• Change management within the framework of ITIL
• M365 monitoring with common tools (SLA-, network- and product monitoring)
  
  

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally in the IT sector or a comparable qualification or career changer with relevant professional experience
• Good M365 knowledge, ideally in the Microsoft Outlook and Teams environment
• Structured and independent way of working preferable
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working as a part of a team in an international environment
• Good knowledge of English
