Kelly Technology is currently recruiting a System Engineer (m/f/d) to directly integrate our client.

Contract: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable

Duties:

• Setup, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of new server environments as well as existing infrastructure.
• Support our Internal IT team regarding workstations and mobile devices.
• Setup, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of our backend environments like VMware.
• Supporting and educating our Second Level Support in close contact with their customers.
• Proactive monitoring of systems and Telio application to detect potential problems and solve them prior to any incident.
• Create design specifications, installation instructions, procedures, checklists, and other network-related documentation.
• Work closely with other IT teams in an international environment.
• Take part in an On Call rotation and NOC duties.

Competencies:

• Three to five years of experience in system administration, system architecture, or a related field.
• Sc. in Computer Science (preferred), otherwise practical education with certifications like MCSA or MCSE.
• Deep knowledge of Windows operating systems including Active Directory, Windows Server, back-office products, and workstations.
• Good knowledge of Linux operating Systems is a huge plus.
• Good knowledge of Confluence/Jira.
• Good Scripting skills.
• Good network knowledge.
• Experience with VMware virtualization and containerization is a plus.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure) also is a plus.
• Experience with monitoring systems.
• Excellent communication and technical documentation skills.
• Profound willingness to solve problems sustainably.
• Proficient/Good in English and Portuguese skills both spoken and written.
• Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis.
