We are looking for an System Administrator & Application Support!


Responsabilities:

  • Provide functional support to users of the systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain a knowledge base regarding support issues and their resolution
  • Build a working knowledge of the systems and business area in order to provide a high level of support.
  • Processes requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, specific work, etc.).
  • Creates control points as part of procedures and operating methods to ensure that work goes smoothly and drafts ad hoc reporting.


Requirements:

  • ITIL processes.
  • Linux.
  • Oracle.
  • Ansible.
  • Dynatrace.
  • Financial Markets - Transversal Financial Markets (Nice to have).
  • ServiceNow.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, able to have the right synthesis and all possible details at same time
  • Team spirit.
  • Client Focus.
  • Adaptability skills.
  • Good level of english.
