We are looking for a Support Engineer to join a dynamic and international team in Porto. You'll work in a multicultural environment, with a hybrid work policy, top-notch offices in a great location, and the chance to grow inside a solid structure full of opportunities.

Mandatory requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, VTOM (or ControlM), Unix, and SQLLoader for table loading

• Experience with ETL tools, particularly Semarchy

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field

• Excellent communication and coordination skills with application production teams

• Analytical and curious mindset, with a strong problem-solving attitude

• Fluency in French (minimum B2 level)

Desirable skills:

• Experience in production support and incident resolution

• Ability to navigate complex data flows and troubleshoot ETL processes

• Proficiency in documenting and improving support procedures

• Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
