Support Analyst L2 - Cassiopae / EKIP Systems

Location: Lisbon

Hybrid: Yes (2 - 3 days/week onsite)

Type of Contract: Permanent Contract

Work Schedule: Standard 09:00-18:00 (rotating shift 07:00-16:00)

On-Call Rotation: Monthly end-of-cycle deployments

Mandatory Languages: French: B1 - B2 and English: B2


About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining technical environments, ensuring the reliability and performance of production systems, and supporting both business and IT teams in daily operations. You will handle incident management, system monitoring, user access management, and participate in release and deployment processes. Collaboration with Level 3 support, solution teams, and external vendors will be a key part of your daily activities.



Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years in application support, system administration, or production management roles, ideally in the financial or insurance sector.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Cassiopae, EKIP - MANDATORY
  • Strong knowledge of SQL querying (Oracle or PostgreSQL).
  • Good understanding of Windows and Linux environments.
  • Experience using IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Basic understanding of architectures and integrations (EAI, ESB, API).
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn both functionally and technically.



Responsabilities:

  • Receive and process incoming tickets: perform qualification, initial analysis, and resolution using available knowledge bases.
  • Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support when necessary.
  • Monitor production systems daily to ensure smooth operations and early detection of anomalies.
  • Manage user access rights and authorizations.
  • Administer non-production environments, including refreshes, data dumps, and release deployments.
  • Support production releases and month-end batch processes.
  • Work closely with the Solution and Business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with external editors and technical experts for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Maintain documentation related to operational procedures and system configurations.
