What you need to have/know:

• 1 year of hands-on experience as a Support Analyst;
• Experience with Control-M, SQL, Oracle DBMS;
• Familiarity with Web and Client-Server architectures;
• Unix and Windows scripting skills;
• Fluent French, and solid communication in English.

Bonus: ServiceNow, Confluence, Office 365, and knowledge of leasing or banking
