The Company

Leading company in its sector is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will lead the SIOP processo, oversee Distribution Resource Planning (DRP) and Master Supply Planning teams, and drive alignment across all supply chain functions. Strong analytical skills, leadership experience, and a proven track record in managing complex supply chain planning processes in a global manufacturing environment are essential.

Key Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage DRP and Master Supply Planning teams.
• Develop and implement a robust SIOP process.
• Oversee inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Track and report key supply chain performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve capacity constraints and supply bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in supply chain management tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• APICS certifications (CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
