As a Strategy Finance Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the financial operations of the company.

Description

• Leading financial planning and analysis processes to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
• Managing financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual results, as well as preparing consolidated statements.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Overseeing cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to guarantee financial stability and operational efficiency.
• Leading preparations for audits and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of statutory accounts.
• Collaborating with other departments to analyze and manage cost structures.
• Providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
• Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory entities.

Profile

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial roles, including at least 3 years in a managerial position (experience in multinational environments is a plus).
• Solid knowledge of financial management, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools, including Excel and ERP systems (experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus).
• Fluency in English.
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
