Description

• Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment of organisational goals with day-to-day operations

• Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and several departments

• Provide analytical support for decision-making processes
• Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions

• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, on project basis, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

• Prepare materials for CEO executive meetings and ensure follow-up on action items
• Maintain agendas and records to track progress and decisions

• Anticipate and address needs to enhance executive productivity
• Actively support/manage business development team activities

Profile

• Academic background in Economics, Management, or Engineering
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
