The Company
We are looking for a Strategic Procurement (m/f/d) to join a dynamic and growing organization in Viana do Castelo. 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance across key spend categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers through comprehensive market analysis, RFPs, and negotiations to ensure best value and alignment with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and long-term collaboration.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Develop and report key procurement metrics to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and contract management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure.
• Knowledge of global supply markets, risk management, and sustainability/ESG practices.
• Fluent in English.
