Your new role:

  • A key member of the Portugal leadership team contributing to our strategic development and expansion goals and exceeding revenue and profit targets.

  • Responsible for defining and delivering the strategy for Portugal.

  • Accountable, both directly and through teams, for expanding the scope of services and increasing market share with our strategic accounts.

  • Leading pro-active business development strategy to generate business with target customers.

  • Consulting with strategic customers to identify and understand their business issues and advise on the optimum solutions to meet their needs.

  • Identifying and advising on areas of service performance likely to impact future account development

  • You will build knowledge of Hays solutions in the region and more broadly to enable the expansion of scope, internationally and / or for additional service(s).
