Your new company

A multinational company that offers integrated Supply Chain solutions is hiring a PMO for its SSC, joining the Transitions & Continuous Improvement team.

Your new role

Reporting directly to the Transition & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all activities related to Project Management and Project Delivery, being responsible for establishing a standardized approach to all projects and providing operational management for the department, including planning and tracking, problem solving and exception handling.
  • Create transitional plans and documents to outline project expectations, scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Define the Service and Product Lines descriptions, the SLA, OLA contracts and KPIs together with the various involved business domains in agreement with the product manager.
  • Animate with existing detailed migration plan (and completing when needed the tool) the migration process (classic 3 tollgates approach) for each entity in scope. Strong need to ensure RACI principles appliance and clear execution of the detailed plan.
  • Liaise on a daily basis with SSC team & local teams to ensure clear alignment on the execution schedule and milestones.
  • Ensure that transitions are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Keep all parties involved with the transition updated on its progress.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • At least 5 years’ proven experience in process optimization, operations, business and transition management or similar position.
  • Strong PMO expertise in SSC roll out projects.
  • Expertise in transition documentation, tools, and templates.
  • Expertise in End-to-End implementation process.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
