We are looking for a Senior MS SQL DBA with:

• Strong experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator in mission-critical production environments

• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (), including engine internals, indexing, and query optimization

• Experience in performance tuning and ensuring database operational excellence

• Hands-on experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions (AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Failover Cluster Instances, log shipping, replication)

• Experience in backup and restore operations, including tools such as Commvault

• Experience administering and optimizing MS SQL environments (installation, patching, upgrades, maintenance)

• Solid Windows Server administration skills

• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation capabilities

• Experience ensuring database security, compliance, and audit readiness (access control, encryption, TDE, GDPR)

• Experience with SQL Server in Azure environments (PaaS, IaaS, Managed Instances)

• Ability to support deployments, migrations, and major technical upgrades

• Experience contributing to operational documentation, standards, and automation scripts

Location: Lisbon Hybrid

Level of Experience: Junior (1 year) & Senior (+7 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,100 to €2,100 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
