Specialists in Value Chain Development and Innovation (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project "Cooperation Facility for the Philippines - Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines."

In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in economics, agribusiness, industrial development, or related fields
• General professional experience: Experience in value chain analysis or innovation programmes
• Specific professional experience: Inclusive value chains, innovation systems, competitiveness
• Language: English is mandatory
