BFF Bank for the Portuguese office is looking for a Specialist, Credit Collection


The candidate will join a very dynamic international environment with the responsibility of credit management activities for Portugal country


Main Activities :


  • Support the CM Manager in managing the portfolio activities with relationship with debtors
  • Participation in negotiations of payment plans
  • Sending payment reminders and managing the feedbacks from the debtors
  • Upload of invoices status in the system
  • Verify and monitor debtors' accounts
  • Track the volume of exposure
  • Collaborate with the internal legal unit for the initiation and management of legal actions
  • Request to clients the probative documentation related to the receivables purchased by the Bank
  • Check and update the information in the IT tool (invoices status, negotiations stages, payments allocation, etc )
  • Manage retrocession to be paid by the clients


Requirements:


  • 2-3 years of experience in managing relationships with public or private counterparties for debt recovery and negotiation of agreements
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible approach to problems and strong aptitude for teamwork.
  • Degree in Business Administration/ Law
