Our client is looking for a Space Planner and Design Bid Specialist, fluent in French.

Principais responsabilidades

The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and provide the orders, respecting the process in place to the respective department;
• Make Bids & quotations for customers;
• Create space planning for interior design and quotations that meet or exceed customer expectations;
• Planning and control of mock-up delivery's;
• Preparation of submissions and providing submission documents for sales;
• Competent advice to customers and preparation of product presentations;
• Ensures the correct application of the sales conditions;
• Transmits order to the department who is charged;
• Ensures the classification of orders in accordance with the rules defined in the department.

Perfil desejado

The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:

• More than 2 years of experience in a similar function;
• Fluent in French;
• Fluent in English or Portuguese, spoken and written;
• Excellent presentation, communication and planning skills required;
• Process oriented with mindset of continuous improvement and learning.
