Mission:
Offers a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives.
Job Summary:
- Will be expected to carry out a spa treatments to a high standard and work proactively to attain retail targets;
- Carry out checks to ensure that treatment rooms and wider spa areas are clean, well stocked with equipment and products, safe and hygienic;
- Demonstrate an excellent customer service from the moment customers are greeted at the front desk, during their various treatments and also their after treatment care;
- To ensure that knowledge of all stocked spa products and treatments amongst staff is up-to date;
- Monitor and control stock levels and make spa manager aware when stock levels need replenishing;
- Delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner;
- Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner;
- Maintain equipment and sample inventory of products;
- Suggest and promote retail products or additional services.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Client Focused skills;
- Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks;
- Attention to detail, organizes, sense of responsibility and rigor;
- Excellent ability to communicate with compassion and empathy.
Education/Professional Experience:
- Specialized Therapist Course.
- 3-5 years previous experience in the function.
Linguistic Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
