Your new role
In this role, you will act as a key contributor to a global transformation initiative focused on Contract Lifecycle Management within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex legal and commercial requirements into structured, system-driven solutions.
Collaborating closely with Product Owners, Architects and delivery teams, you will help shape solution design, ensure alignment across systems such as CRM, CPQ and eSignature, and support the successful adoption of new processes. This position requires strong facilitation skills, as you will guide discussions, align stakeholders and contribute to a clear and scalable product vision.
What you'll need to succeed
You bring solid experience within Salesforce-driven environments, particularly around contract and commercial processes:
- Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and CPQ concepts
- Experience working with Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud and Contracts)
- Familiarity with integrations across enterprise systems and digital platforms
- Proven background in Agile environments (user stories, backlog refinement, UAT)
- Ability to translate legal and commercial requirements into system logic
- Confident stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Fluency in English; experience with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud is highly valued
