Your new RoleAs a Solution Owner for Customer Products – Restaurant Connect domain, you will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of end-to-end digital solutions across a diverse ecosystem of applications and technologies. This is a strategic and technically demanding role, where you will be responsible for driving the evolution of technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals, and overseeing the execution of complex projects.
You will manage the full product lifecycle – from ideation and architectural planning to deployment and continuous optimization – with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure-based cloud architecture and the integration of external technologies and automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include budgeting, resource planning, technical governance, and team leadership, as well as managing external partners.
Working in a collaborative and agile environment, you will engage closely with Solution Architects, Software Analysts, Business Process Owners, and service providers to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that support business transformation.
You will responsible for:
Strategic Architecture & Product Development
- Lead the design, planning, and standardization of technical architectures and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure) for Customer Products and Restaurant Connect solutions.
- Define reusable, scalable patterns to eliminate unnecessary customization.
Project & Budget Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, execution, team coordination, vendor oversight, and budget control.
- Communicate closely with all involved stakeholders and align on timelines and expectations.
Solution Evaluation & Integration
- Assess existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Evaluate external tools and ensure effective integration into the technical landscape.
Team Leadership & Process Definition
- Take full personnel responsibility for a cross-functional software development team.
- Define work processes, lead recruitment, conduct performance and development discussions, and ensure continuous team improvement.
Automation & System Optimization
- Design and implement automation solutions to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual overhead.
- Ensure processes and system components are streamlined and future-ready.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, business process owners, and external partners.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure successful handovers to development teams.
Documentation & Governance
- Own documentation of solution designs, architectures, and integration standards.
- Ensure technical governance and compliance with internal policies and best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Customer Products – from concept and MVP to rollout, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate with architects, markets, and partners to ensure sustainable evolution.
What you will need to succeed:
- 5+ years of experience in solution ownership, software architecture, or senior IT roles.
- Proven track record in defining and implementing enterprise-grade cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Deep understanding of architecture design, standardization of cloud components, and automation frameworks.
- Strong background in business process management within logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, including external vendors and international teams.
- Skilled in project budgeting, planning, and agile development methodologies.
- Experience in team leadership, performance management, and recruiting in software development environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical functions.
- Fluent in English is mandatory.
