Were hiring Solace Proxy Product Manager (M/F)

Location Lisbon | Hybrid model (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Are you ready to lead the technical roadmap of a large-scale event-driven architecture (EDA) platform? Were looking for a Product Manager with strong Solace or PubSub expertise to oversee the evolution, observability, and performance of an integration platform that connects critical systems across a global enterprise.

Your mission

You will work closely with architects, product teams and DevOps to drive improvements across observability, capacity planning, lifecycle automation and platform governance. The role includes Level 3 support, KPI tracking, and contribution to best practices and documentation for the entire Solace-based event platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitoring & Observability define logging, alerting and health-check rules (Dynatrace, PagerDuty)
• Performance Management plan capacity, scaling rules, and performance indicators
• DevOps & CICD update flow templates and pipelines (Jenkins, Camunda, XLDeploy)
• Error Management & KPIs improve workflows and track lifecycle efficiency
• Delivery Support handle integration requests with Solution Architects
• Release & Platform Run Mode enforce standards, lead crisis support (Level 3), manage offshore Level 2
• Knowledge Sharing contribute to documentation, support KB (ServiceNow), and internal committees

Deliverables include

• Platform audit reports
• Documentation of best practices (dev & support)
• Roadmap and update schedules
• Jira ticket tracking and platform KPIs
• ServiceNow knowledge base updates
• Meeting minutes and operational reports

Requirements

• 5 years of experience with Solace or similar messaging/EDA tools
• Knowledge of AsyncAPI contracts
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies
• Strong understanding of Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)
• DevOps mindset and familiarity with CI/CD tools
• Proficiency in English and French (mandatory)
