Role Overview:

We are looking for a Software Tester to join one of our biggest clients, a multinational based in Aveiro. This international Group is a leading supplier of technology and services and has been focusing in recent years on a strategy of growth and technological innovation.

What you will do:

You will be part of a team who is currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, to support and enhance our sales processes. You will join The Dynamics 365 team and you will collaborate with other project members, testers and other stakeholders in many different countries.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans to evaluate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Coach and support the creation and maintenance of test cases.
• Execute all functional user story test cases on test environment ensuring quality on userstory level.
• Execute manual regression tests on end-to-end features with every deployment.
• Take active part in the team's daily work, closely aligning with developers and process experts on testing activities.
• Identify and Document defects on user story level, following up on the entire process until closure.
• Write clear and concise test reports documenting findings and recommendations to test management.
• Coach user departments on test case structure and best practices.

ARE YOU IN?

What you are like:

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing especially in agile projects;
• Experience with tools such as Xray and Jira;
• ISQTB certification - Certified Tester Foundation Level - must have;
• Experience with MS Dynamics and SAP is a plus.
• Dynamic and proactive attitude, with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
