Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Software Scala Engineer to join our team at an exciting stage of growth. This role is a key position for their backend team growth, from developing and enhancing to optimizing backend performance.

Responsibilities:

• Building cloud-native services using Scala using open-source frameworks Akka etc
• Unit and integration test development using Scala Test
• Contribute in Peer Code Reviews as part of our standard SDLC and Change Management Process
• Walkthrough clients with system integrations and production issues

Skills:

We work with a range of technologies, and experience in some of the following areas will set you up for success:

• Scala
• Akka
• Scala Test
• Open to considering Kotlin or Java experience who are happy to use Scala
