Your New Role
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and integrating VoIP systems, APIs, and distributed architectures. You will contribute to the evolution of a cutting-edge Digital Marketing Platform, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions. 

• Proactively contribute to the development and evolution of a Digital Marketing Platform.
• Design innovative applications, exploring interactivity and new technologies (voice, video, etc.).
• Stay up to date with backend technologies, software architecture principles, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers during design, development, and maintenance phases.
• Focus on improving quality throughout the software development process.

What You'll Need

• Must have:
  • 4+ years of backend development experience (PHP required; TypeScript/Node.js is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP fundamentals (SIP, SDP, RTP, NAT traversal, session control).
  • Experience with Asterisk, RTPEngine, or Drachtio systems.
  • Hands-on experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and familiarity with Redis or other caching systems.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs in production environments.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit).
  • Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and message-based architectures.

• Nice to have:
  • Exposure to STT/TTS engines, WebRTC, or contact-center integration (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio).
  • Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Awareness of monitoring and observability practices (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Experience in agile product engineering and cross-functional collaboration.
