Your New Mission
You will contribute to core backend services, lead complex system
integrations, collaborate with multiple technical stakeholders, and ensure high-quality
engineering standards.
Your Responsibilities
Develop backend features and services using C#.NET, and
contribute to critical components built in C++.
Build and maintain complex integrations with internal and
external systems.
Act as a technical counterpart to internal stakeholders and
business teams.
Work closely with SQA teams to ensure system quality, stability,
and performance.
Apply engineering best practices, including performance
optimization, security, and clean code principles.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of high-availability
payment platforms.
What You Need to Succeed
Must
Have
6+ years of experience in backend software development
Strong expertise in C#.NET
Solid academic or professional experience with C++
Proven autonomy and ability to operate at mid/senior level
Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2)
Experience working with Linux systems
Nice to
Have
Experience in payments, SIBS, or financial transaction systems
Experience with Android development
Knowledge of distributed systems, security, or performance
engineering
