The International Mobility Recruitment Department is dedicated to enhancing the mobility of IT professionals throughout Europe, facilitating the placement of talents in the various markets where it operates.

Position: Software Architect '

Location: Lisbon

Hybrid: 2 times a week on the client's office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

Mandatory Languages Required: French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B2)

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and oversee robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. You'll work closely with development teams and stakeholders to guide architecture choices and ensure technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain software architecture across backend and frontend systems
• Design and review solutions using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Maven
• Lead CI/CD practices using GitLab, Sonar, and Jenkins
• Manage database architecture for both SQL (Oracle, SQLServer) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Provide guidance on frontend architecture with Angular, React, and VueJS
• Collaborate across teams and support integration of other languages such as C# and Python
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security in all solutions

Requirements:

• Strong background in Java ecosystem and architecture best practices
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Deep understanding of both relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks
• Ability to work in complex, multi-technology environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
