Details - Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal. It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.

Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing brand-aligned social media strategies across multiple platforms, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance data to enhance content effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a rolling social-media calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Create engaging, brand-aligned content (copy, imagery, short video) in collaboration with our digital team
• Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, messages and reviews promptly and professionally
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and produce weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
• Stay on top of social trends, platform updates and hospitality-industry best practices to continually optimise our strategy
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives

Key Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' hands-on experience in social-media management preferably within hospitality or tourism
• Excellent written and spoken English; Portuguese native or fluent
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, ad formats and advertising tools (Meta Business Manager, TikTok For Business, etc.)
• Proficiency in basic content-creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark) and familiarity with social-media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout or similar)
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency
• Data-driven approach with the ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
