Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand values and industry trends.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
  • Design and implement creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Bonus: Support website updates and design to maintain a strong digital presence

Profile

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in Leisure, Travel & Tourism.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.Experience managing social media for a business (aviation experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with web design platforms (Shopify preferred, WordPress, Webflow) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer

  • Experience in managing paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads) and ad spend optimization. i.e Managing budgets, ROI, and ad optimization.
  • SEO & SEM - covering search engine optimization and paid search campaigns.
  • Content beyond social - blogs, video content, reels/YouTube, design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) (advantage).
  • Influencer & partnerships - collaboration with influencers or industry partners.
  • Trend & competitor analysis - monitoring new features, benchmarking competitors.
  • Qualifications / Certifications - e.g., degree in Marketing/Communications, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics.
