- Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand values and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Design and implement creative campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in Leisure, Travel & Tourism.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus.Experience managing social media for a business (aviation experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with web design platforms (Shopify preferred, WordPress, Webflow) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
