Vivid Rock are proud to be partnered with an early stage SaaS business that have recently received significant investment and are expanding globally.
As part of their expansion strategy, they are looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer to help us scale and deliver a robust platform for our users. This role requires an understanding of DevOps
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support for the cloud infrastructure of applications focused on digital transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives in Industry 4.0
- Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Perform preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance in a cloud environment
- Support internal clients, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis
- Help develop metrics, indicators, and dashboards for environment monitoring
- Execute deployment and CI/CD processes
- Support development teams with issues and questions related to tools and pipelines, assisting project squads from environment setup to production delivery
- Automate infrastructure tasks and routines
- Document processes and procedures
Requirements
- Experience in incident response and root cause analysis
- Experience with Cloud Administration and infrastructure routines
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudFront, SQS, WAF)
- Familiarity with Windows Server/Linux and container architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, CodePipeline, Elastic Beanstalk)
- Knowledge of databases, preferably MS SQL Server
- Fluent in English
Desired
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools
- Understanding of SRE culture
- Fluent in Portuguese
