Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Location: Lisbon / Porto / Azambuja, Portugal (Hybrid)

Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).

What You'll Do:

• Support both technical and business teams in ensuring system stability and performance;

• Gather information and troubleshoot application integrations;

• Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams;

• Proactively monitor systems and respond to incidents;

• Perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring issues;

• Prioritize concurrent incidents with the team based on business impact;

• Understand system functionality to make informed decisions and improvements;

• Participate in on-call rotations.

What We're Looking For:

• More than 3 years of experience in Application Support (SRE);

• Strong analytical mindset - able to identify and investigate recurring issues;

• Experience operationalizing Microservices;

• Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana);

• Familiarity with AWS;

• Coding experience (e.g., .NET Core, Python) is a plus;

• Knowledge of collaborative platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitLab);

• Strong understanding of system ecosystems and interdependencies;

• Proactivity in improving logs, metrics, and alerting systems;

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Retail industry experience is a plus;
