We're Hiring: SRE - Porto, Portugal (Hybrid)

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work model: Hybrid (3 days/week on-site)

Contract type: Permanent or B2B

Language: English - minimum B2 level required

What you'll do

As a Site Reliability engineer, you will:

• Design and implement observability strategies for complex, distributed systems.
• Define standards and best practices for monitoring, logging, and tracing.
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure complete observability coverage.
• Drive the adoption of modern observability tools and frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Analyze system behaviors to support proactive performance tuning and incident resolution.
• Continuously improve the observability posture of IT systems and services.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience in observability, DevOps, or SRE environments.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with observability stacks and tools for metrics, logs, and traces.
• Ability to define architectural standards and influence teams to adopt them.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English (B2+).
