Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Application Support

Location: Lisbon- Porto - Azambuja/Hybrid (2/3 times in office)

What You'll Do:

• Support for technical and business teams
• Information gathering and integration troubleshooting
• Collaboration with internal and external teams
• Proactive monitoring of Squad systems
• Incident response and root cause analysis
• Managing multiple demands and setting priorities
• Functional understanding for effective problem prioritization
• Participation in on-call schedules

What We're Looking For:

• More than 3 years' experience in Application Support, preferably with a focus on SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
• Experience in operating microservices
• Knowledge of technologies and tools such as:
• Bash or PowerShell
• ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• Experience with development (e.g. .NET Core, Python) - desirable
• Familiarity with collaboration and versioning tools: Jira, Confluence, GitLab
• Knowledge of or experience in the retail sector would be a plus
• Willingness to participate in on-call shifts
• Advanced English, with good oral and written fluency
