Hiring: Construction Site Managers (x2) - Data Centre Project Sines, Portugal

We are supporting a leading General Contractor on a major Data Centre development in Sines and are looking to appoint two experienced Site Managers, each responsible for key packages:

Roofing & Cladding

Structural Steelwork

Location: Sines, Portugal (full-time, site-based)

Package: Competitive salary + full package (accommodation, car, lunch allowance)

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of your package on-site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to spec within a fast-paced, mission critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Roofing & Cladding:

• Manage façade, roofing, and building envelope installation
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure QA/QC compliance
• Interface with CSA, MEP, and logistics teams
• Oversee weatherproofing, insulation, and external systems

Structural Steelwork:

• Manage erection of structural steel frameworks
• Oversee lifting operations, sequencing, and installation
• Coordinate with civils and follow-on trades
• Ensure compliance with engineering tolerances and safety standards

Requirements (Both Roles)

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
• Background in Data Centres, industrial, or large-scale commercial builds
• Experience working for a General Contractor / Tier 1-2 contractor
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Tech:

• MS Office (essential)
• Navisworks / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC / Forma) - desirable
