Were looking for a Site Manager to join a large-scale international technology infrastructure project based in the Azores a landmark development shaping the future of global connectivity.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are executed safely, on time, and to the highest standards;
• Coordinate subcontractors and on-site teams across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines;
• Supervise quality, safety, and progress in alignment with project requirements;
• Control logistics, materials, and resource allocation on-site;
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures;
• Monitor schedules, report site performance, and identify potential risks or delays;
• Support project management and client interface during all construction phases.

 

Profile

• Background in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering;
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Supervisor in large industrial or technological projects;
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills;
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and scheduling principles;
• Fluency in English;
• Availability to work full-time on-site in the Azores.
