We're Hiring: ServiceNow System Administrator

We are currently looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team and support one of our international clients in a long-term project.

As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, performance, and integrity of the CMDB while supporting ITSM implementation. You'll also drive process improvements and support strategic automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve CMDB health and structure
• Review and optimize configuration attributes, CIs, flows, teams, etc.
• Prepare the CMDB for ITSM implementation within ServiceNow
• Propose and implement automation solutions
• Manage system documentation and coordinate platform upgrades
• Monitor instance performance and troubleshoot issues
• Administer roles, permissions, groups, and user access
• Deploy update sets from development environments
• Configure notifications, alerts, and scheduled reports
• Design and maintain standard data load templates
• Provide training to business users and stakeholders

General Skills:

• 5+ years in a similar CMDB/System Admin role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of CMDB modules and ServiceNow architecture
• Familiarity with ITSM practices

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation in IT processes
• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade processes
• Experience in user training and documentation
