We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager (ITSM) for this project!

What are we looking for?

• Expertise in ServiceNow

• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes

• Experience in project and stakeholder management

• Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as HR Service Delivery or Workplace Service Delivery, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the adoption and implementation based on ServiceNow.

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of the project (status reporting, committees, governance, action plan)
