Your new role
The ServiceNow Manager will act as the architect and leader of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring its strategic evolution, stability, and alignment with business needs. In this role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of the platform, while leading a specialized team. You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, HR, Customer Service, and other business functions to optimize processes and maximize the value of ServiceNow across the organization.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching, and developing the ServiceNow team
Driving the overall ServiceNow platform strategy and roadmap
Establishing governance frameworks, best practices, and standards for platform usage
Acting as the lead architect for ServiceNow, overseeing configuration, customization, and upgrades
Ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements
Overseeing platform performance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
Managing the development and enhancement of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
Ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and third-party applications
Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Overseeing daily platform operations, administration, and support
Managing ServiceNow licensing, ensuring compliance and optimization
Building and maintaining relationships with ServiceNow and external vendors


What you need to succeed

Proven experience with ServiceNow as an architect, manager, or team lead
Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules
Solid understanding of ITIL best practices and service management processes
Experience with platform configuration, development, and administration
Knowledge of ServiceNow NowAssist AI is a plus
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good level of English
ServiceNow Platform (ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
Integration tools and APIs
Workflow automation and orchestration tools
ITIL-based service management frameworks
AI features such as ServiceNow NowAssist (nice to have)
