Are you a ServiceNow Functional Consultant seeking a new interesting challenge?

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog) without heavy coding.
• Define workflows, SLAs, and business rules aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and configuration guides.
• Support UAT and ensure successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for complex customizations and integrations.

• Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
