We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our team and support one of our international clients in a long-term project.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, performance, and integrity of the CMDB while supporting ITSM implementation. You'll also drive process improvements and support strategic automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive ServiceNow projects from design to delivery
• Maintain and optimize existing functionalities
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems
• Contribute to team development and knowledge sharing
• Ensure quality and on-time project delivery

General Skills:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a ServiceNow analyst and/or developer
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, integrations, and modules
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, or App Engine
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are a plus
• Fluent in English
