As a ServiceNow Consultant - SAM & HAM at Ivy Partners, you will:

- Configure and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro and ITOM Visibility modules using exclusively out-of-the-box features to optimize return on already existing licensing investments.

- Manage the deployment of ACC-V agents across all company laptops.

- Integrate procurement and licensing data with the SAM module.

- Enable and validate SaaS connectors (such as Office 365, Salesforce, Adobe).

- Utilize the Normalization Engine and manage license reconciliation.

- Create and optimize out-of-the-box dashboards for monitoring compliance and KPIs.

- Automate license reclaim and hardware move workflows using Flow Designer.

- Ensure the linkage between physical assets and the CMDB.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, procurement, operations) and external partners.

- Support the creation of functional and technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer to the internal team.

About you

You are our ideal candidate if:

- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow projects, especially with SAM Pro and/or ITOM Visibility.

- You have proven experience in configuring ServiceNow using out-of-the-box functionality, without reliance on customized development.

- You have strong knowledge of Flow Designer, MID Server, and integration with SaaS applications.

- You have experience with CMDB enrichment, asset management processes, and data normalization.

- You are self-sufficient, able to prioritize deliveries, and focused on business outcomes.

- You possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

- You are fluent in English (both oral and written).
