Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, stability, and functionality
- Implement and maintain modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Automate workflows and develop scripts using JavaScript and Flow Designer
- Manage user access, roles, and groups in compliance with security best practices
- Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and apply patches
- Support integrations with other tools and platforms via REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions
- Document configurations and update internal knowledge base
You must have:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, with hands-on knowledge across core ITSM modules
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript) and workflow automation within the platform
- Experience with platform integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Catalog
- Understanding of ITIL principles and how they apply within ServiceNow
- Experience with system upgrades and instance cloning
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (mandatory); additional certifications are a plus
- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency
- Availability to go to the office, once or twice per week
