ServiceNow - CMDB System Administrator Hybrid Lisbon

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model: Hybrid (2x/week on-site)

We are looking for a ServiceNow - CMDB System Administrator to support one of our top international clients in optimizing their ITSM ecosystem.

What Are We Looking For?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar ServiceNow/CMDB administrative role

Solid experience managing and improving ServiceNow CMDB modules

Strong understanding of CMDB health, CI attributes, groups, teams, flows

Experience with ITSM processes and preparation of ServiceNow CMDB for ITSM implementation

Proactive mindset focused on process improvement and automation

Fluency in English (B2+)

Your Mission

• Monitor and maintain CMDB health and integrity

• Analyze and enhance the existing configuration: CI attributes, flows, groups, and access controls

• Support ITSM readiness through CMDB optimization

• Coordinate ServiceNow upgrades, changes, and performance checks

• Handle user roles and permissions, notifications, and system alerts

• Deploy update sets from non-production environments

• Build and maintain technical documentation and CMDB import templates

• Propose and lead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives

• Set up and manage reports and dashboards, and schedule delivery

• Deliver training sessions for business users and owners
