We are looking for a Service Net Backoffice - French Speaker
Description
A successful Service Net Backoffice - French Speaker must have:
- Read, dispatch, answer, classify or forward requests from product factories, customers and service partners.
- Creation in ERP of sales orders with reference to a warranty number or rebilling info.
- Identify recurring technical problems in products and manage priorities for the after sales managers.
- Assure the completeness of information in warranty and service partner administrative processes.
- Add qualitative and quantitate data to the KPI's of after sales team.
- Create sales and purchase orders in ERP of the product related service.
- Creation of product or service offers to customers.
Profile
A successful Service Net Backoffice - French Speaker should have:
- High capacity for self-organization and prioritization of after sales team agenda.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the role.
- Capacity of management of priorities and multitasking.
- Good knowledge of IT from a user's perspective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Ms Teams.
- Writes and speaks fluent English and C2 level for French.
- Demonstrated experience using core finance systems (SAP or similar is a bonus).
- Perform analysis and contribute to other projects as requested (flexibility)
