Right now, we are looking for a Service Desk Technician to integrate our internal team.



Your responsibilities include:


  • Provide services and support to end users during customer visits or following tasks assigned to users;
  • Perform installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks remotely;
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions;
  • Follow all existing intervention processes and procedures at Claranet;
  • Cooperate with technical teams and share information within the organization;
  • Develop positive relationships with customers and end users;
  • Act as the first point of contact for EndUsers of Claranet Customers who seek technical assistance by phone, email or other available means;
  • Perform problem solving remotely through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Determine the best solution based on the errors presented and the details provided by end users;
  • Accompany users throught the resolution process;
  • Direct unresolved Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests in the Service Desk to the next support levels;
  • Record all contacts, events, incidents and respective resolution in ticket logs;
  • Track and update end-user status and information in ITSM tools.


You must have:


  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • Fluency in Spanish (mandatory);
  • Knowledge of ITIL;
  • General IT knowledge;
